Chicken Malai Kebab

CHICKEN MALAI KEBAB

4 Lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
Half TeaSpoon White Pepper Powder
1 TeaSpoon Green Cardamom Powder
2 TeaSpoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 - 3pieces Green Chilli (Fineley Chopped)
100 Grams Sour Cream
50 Grams Cream Cheese
1 TeaSpoon Chopped Ginger
Salt To taste


Method First Marination

Cut the Chicken into big Cubes, add Ginger and Garlic Paste, Chopped Chilli, Cardamom Powder, Salt, White Pepper and Mix Well.

Keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.

Second Marination

Sour Cream, cream Cheese, little salt, chopped ginger, make into a nice paste and add Chicken Cubes.
Mix Well.  Slide on to the skewers.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 - 400 Degrees.  Put the skewers with the Chicken in the oven.
It will take about 25 mins to cook.

For a clay oven it will take 15-20 mins to cook.

Garnish with Mint Chutney, salad on the side.
